This resort is situated in an amazing location near the black sand beach by the sea. the bungalows are big and comfortable, with an exceptional view from breakfast. Although limited, the staff is friendly, and the boat trip to the island is good fun. Free snorkeling equipment is available from the PADI center on-site.
The service is a disaster with horrible food quality and delays for hours on end. the senior management is incompetent, and the owners are skimping on investment in staff.

the bungalows were cozy and offered stunning sea views from their little balconies. the two-day climb up Pico de Sao Tome left me exhausted, so this was the perfect place to relax. I wish I had stayed longer to try diving at the onsite dive center and enjoy the beach and pool with their comfortable sun loungers. the restaurant, located on a cliff top, provided breathtaking coastal views and the breakfast buffet had a great variety. The staff were friendly and the Wi-Fi coverage was excellent throughout the entire resort, including the beach. Cons: Nothing could have been better! 😊.

Beautiful location with clear waters for snorkeling. the breakfast buffet was decent and the staff were friendly and helpful. the complimentary excursions were well arranged and a great way to explore the location.
The rooms were not well cleaned and there was a lack of variety in the meals offered, especially regarding fish. the limited English-speaking staff made it difficult to understand important information, and the pricing for beverages was quite high.

The private beach with palm trees provided a beautiful and relaxing atmosphere, and the staff was friendly and welcoming. The fine quality of food, especially the barbecue nights, was great, and the diving center was a plus for the adventurous ones out there.
The high price was not reflected in the quality of the service provided. the lack of flexibility in the dining hours, especially on Christmas, created frustration among the guests.

We absolutely loved our stay at this luxurious beachfront hotel. The location was stunning, with a beautiful black sand beach just steps away. The staff were friendly and always went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. The spacious rooms were well-appointed and had all the amenities we could ask for, including a terrace with gorgeous views of the sea. We also enjoyed the delicious food at the on-site restaurant, especially the sushi and barbecues. The hotel offered a wide range of activities and services, from yoga on the beach to kayaking and snorkeling, ensuring that there was never a dull moment.
We would highly recommend this hotel to our friends.

Nice breakfast buffet, friendly staff. Limited English speakers. Higher pricing for beverages. Best hotel on the island. Great hosting by Laurent, spectacular setting and well-maintained grounds. Included expeditions were enjoyable. Amazing staff, helpful and lots of free activities. Manager quickly resolved a billing mix-up. Outstanding services for a location in Central Africa, clean property with attentive management. Complimentary excursions well arranged. Presence of Atlantic Diving Center a major advantage for divers.
